Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, because we reserve transportation, accommodations, and local services in advance, cancellations may result in fees. Cancellations made more than 60 days before the trip start date: Eligible for a refund minus a non-refundable deposit and any non-recoverable supplier costs already paid on your behalf (such as flights, hotel deposits, or transportation reservations). Cancellations made 60 days or fewer before the trip start date: Payments are non-refundable, as most reservations are finalized at this point. If you find someone to take your place: No cancellation fees will apply beyond any airline or supplier name-change costs (if applicable). We are happy to assist with the transfer when possible. Travel Insurance Recommendation: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage. This can protect your investment in case of unexpected events.
